PROCESSING

Orders generally take between 1-3 days of processing time before they are shipped off. Most orders are shipped same day or next day.

 

Your jewelry will be packaged in a super cute gift box.

Please indicate if your order is a gift and I will package it accordingly. You also have an option to add a gift note to the recipient if you so choose at no additional cost.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for entering their correct shipping address during checkout. Please double check!

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order at any time by visiting the USPS website HERE.

USPS Standard First Class Mail:
- Estimated shipping time is approximately 2-6 business days.

USPS Priority Mail:
- Estimated shipping time is approximately 1-3 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express:
- Estimated shipping time is approximately 1-2 business days.

 

International

USPS First-Class Package International Service:

Delivery time based on destination

 

USPS Priority Mail International:

Delivery in 6-10 business days

 

USPS Priority Mail Express International:

Delivery in 3-5 business days

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges on certain items.

 

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:

 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on EARRINGS for hygienic reasons. All earrings purchased on earflair.com are brand new (never worn) so I will not be able to resell them. However, feel free to contact me via email (hello@earflair.com) or via the contact form so we can resolve any issues.

 

For all other items:

 

- You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order BEFORE shipping items back.

- Ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

 

- Please select a trackable method of shipment when returning any package. Failure to do so may result in your package being lost in the mail.

NOTE: I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Adequate packaging and insurance is recommended.

 

- Items MUST be in their original condition and packaging. All items included with the order must be returned. 

- If items are not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Once I receive the package back, I will issue a refund MINUS shipping cost if shipping was paid. 

 

- If you would like to make an exchange, you are free to make another purchase once you receive your refund.
